Phillips #7 Foundation Weep Screed and J-Weep

Phillips is pleased to announce the release of two new products: #7 Foundation Weep Screed and J-Weep. Both products are commonly used in exterior stucco applications.

Phillips #7 Foundation Weep Screed provides a stucco stop and screed at the sill plate line. The 3-1/2” nailing flange serves as a straight-edge stop at the sill plate line and flashing when water-resistent paper or paperbacked lath is installed over flange.

Phillips J-Weep is a versitile product used in several applications. It is commonly used as a casing bead or plaster stop in stucco applications. The punched weep holes allow for usage as a sill weep screed in exterior stucco applications. This product features a 3-1/2” nailing flange meeting applicable code requirements.

Both products are punched with holes which enable keying as well as moisture weeping. In addition, both products have perforated flanges to aid attachment and plaster keying.
