President and Chief Executive Officer George Kubat took ownership of Phillips Manufacturing Co. in 1992 and is the cornerstone of Phillips values and leadership, successfully managing the company’s growth and development. He received a degree of Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 1970 with highest honors and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University in 1967 Cum Laude; was admitted to practice before the Nebraska Supreme Court in 1970 and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Nebraska in 1971.
Henri Jung
Chief Operating Officer Henri Jung joined the Phillips team as Chief Operating Officer in
January 2011. Mr. Jung received a Bachelor of Science in
Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial
Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln as well as an
Executive MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Prior to becoming
Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Jung served on Phillips Board of Directors.
Jerry Pape
Chief Financial Officer Jerry Pape joined the Phillips team as Chief Financial Officer in October 2011. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Pape brings a strong financial background and operational leadership experience from various business environments to Phillips.
Kent Kubat
Vice President of Business Development Kent Kubat joined the Phillips team in January 2002. Mr. Kubat has held various positions in his tenure within the organization including roles in technology and operations. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Innovation. Prior to joining Phillips, Mr. Kubat was an International Project Manager for a large technology firm responsible for developing and coordinating business in over 80 countries worldwide for mainly Fortune 500 companies.
Jeremy Clemens
Vice President of Manufacturing Jeremy Clemens joined the Phillips team as Vice President of Manufacturing in May 2012. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton. Jeremy brings 17 years of progressive management experience in engineering, operations, lean manufacturing and sales.
