President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Kubat took ownership of Phillips Manufacturing Co. in 1992 and is the cornerstone of Phillips values and leadership, successfully managing the company’s growth and development for the past 15 years. He received a degree of Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 1970 with highest honors and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University in 1967 Cum Laude; was admitted to practice before the Nebraska Supreme Court in 1970 and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Nebraska in 1971.
Michael Limas
Chief Financial Officer Michael Limas joined the Phillips team as Vice President of Finance in September of 2003. Mr. Limas was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in October of 2005. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Nebraska Society of CPAs. Mr. Limas brings 18 years of business and management experience to Phillips.
Richard Hitchens
Vice President of Sales Richard Hitchens joined the Phillips team in 2002 as the Eastern Sales Director and has been the Vice President of Sales since November of 2004. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Communication from Ohio University. Mr. Hitchens brings 20 years of industry related experience to Phillips as well as many years of sales management experience.
Jim Jarzynka
Vice President of Manufacturing Jim Jarzynka joined the Phillips team in July of 2008 as Vice President of Manufacturing. Jim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Mr. Jarzynka brings over 25 years experience in Operations, Engineering and Sales Management experience to Phillips.
Kent Kubat
Vice President of Business Development Kent Kubat joined the Phillips team in January of 2002. Mr. Kubat has held various positions in his tenure within the organization including roles in technology and operations. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Innovation. Prior to joining Phillips, Mr. Kubat was an International Project Manager for a large technology firm responsible for developing and coordinating business in over 80 countries worldwide for mainly Fortune 500 companies.
